The restaurant was not THAT busy… other rooms were lightly used. You need to teach your hostess or manager that when you see an anniversary or something… try to keep that couple away from a large party or at least don’t cram everyone together so tightly in the same room. I’m sorry Ruth’s Chris - you missed the mark this year on the anniversary celebration. the hostess again acted like it was a major ordeal… same room, just a different table. Why does that mean you have to cram us all together so tightly? Further, I noticed other couple coming in and requesting to move. O - K… the room has one way in and one way out. Why not Space is out a little? I asked this question to the hostess and I just got a blank stare like I had a hand growing out of my forehead. Not only that, as you bring more people into the room, you keep cramming is all together in a tight area in the back of the room. Normally this does not bother me much however, I celebrating on anniversary and I wanted a nice quiet meal… and you sit me in an empty room next to a very loud party. Further, there was a party of about 12 people in that same room where they sat us all around. Why? Imagine a large room, very spacious, but they cram everyone in that room right next to each other in far back… leaving the other half empty. This was extremely surprising because the atmosphere. Let be clear - the service was outstanding, the food was outstanding, the atmosphere…. This is normally our “go to” place to celebrated birthdays or anniversaries and normally have a great experience - not this year.
